This video was taken off St. Pete Beach in Flordia. St. Petersburg/Clearwater is a popular holiday destination and is part of Tampa Bay. Until 1994 the beach was officially called St. Petersburg Beach but the name was changed officially; which makes sense as the city of St. Petersburg is miles to the east.
In the video a surfer is follows along behind a motorboat, riding in the wake and is joined by a pair of dolphins doing exactly the same thing.
