A musical tour: Thru Jerusalem

June 19, 2011 by Andrew Leave a Comment

This video is simple and yet both beautiful and effect. This is a musical tour of local artists in the holy city of Jerusalem. This isn’t a mashup of YouTube clips, Kuitman actually walked the streets with a camera, met and recorded the local musicians.

There are a lot of instruments in this video, you’ll see a; sousaphone, brass & groove, kanun, darbuka, viola, drum kit, mpc & turntable, dahul, baglama, biovon, oud, guitar, violin and saxophone.

Isn’t it empowering to see something so calming come out of local talent in Jerusalem?
