Ghost hunting? There’s an app for that!

January 30, 2012 by Andrew Leave a Comment

Richard Holland, former editor of Paranormal Magazine, editor of Uncanny UK and author of a number of books on the subject of ghosts and folklore has published a Ghost Finder iPhone App.

The app, called Ghost Finder London, is a gazetteer of haunted locations in London. At £1.99 the app is cheaper than all the books you would otherwise need to buy, in paper or digitally, in order to compile a similar list.

Each of the 300 haunted sites, throughout Central and Greater London, have been plotted on Google Maps and the app ties them in via the phone’s GPS. The database can be searched by keyword or location. Londoners buy the app and wanted to – could use it to find the nearest haunted location to their own homes.
