The meaning of colours

January 10, 2009 by Andrew Leave a Comment

Different colours mean different things to different people. It is also true to say that people see colours differently.

People can see seven colours; blue, green, indigo, orange, red, violet and yellow. The colour indigo is the hardest to see and many people have six-colour vision and see indigo as an off-shade of blue or simply as blue whereas other people may have only four or two-colour vision.

Colours are associated with the zodiac, partnership omens and psychology.
