StudioCanal has re-released the Celia Johnson and Diana Dors’ A Kid For Two Farthings.

A Kid For Two Farthings

The 4K re-release is of the 1955 Carol Reed-directed and Wolf Mankowitz-adapted (from his own novel) movie that was partly filmed on location in Petticoat Lane.

We have two blu-ray winners to find, with StudioCanal’s rep ready to send them within the UK. Therefore, to enter the competition you must be based in the UK and log into the widget below.

Young Joe dreams of a better life for his hardworking neighbours in the heart of London’s bustling Petticoat Lane. When he hears tales of a wish-granting unicorn, he finds hope in an unlikely place – a one-horned goat he believes holds magical powers. With innocent determination, Joe sets out to change his community’s fortunes.

This enchanting film offers a child’s eye-view of hope and hardship, reminding us of the transformative power of belief.
